Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that at times you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. As our service is in high demand, all clients must comply with our strict cancellation policy outlined below. Due to Medicare restrictions we are unable to apply a rebate to cancellation fees.
If a confirmed appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled commencement time the full consultation fee will apply.
If a confirmed appointment is cancelled within 24-48 hours of the scheduled commencement time 50% of the consultation fee will apply.
Please note: for Monday appointments, clients must cancel by midday on the Friday prior.
Our COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 and are unable to attend your appointment face-to-face we will offer you the option of a telehealth appointment.
If you decline the offer of a telehealth appointment the normal cancellation fee will apply.
Under certain circumstances, where a client is genuinely too unwell to participate in a telehealth appointment we will consider reducing or waiving the cancellation fee if a medical certificate is provided.
