Online Bookings
We use an online booking system to give you the flexibility to book, change, and cancel appointments at your convenience.
Your first three appointments will be booked for you, but after this you will be able to book online via the 'BOOK NOW' link on our website.
Our calendar tends to book out far in advance so please remember to be diligent in scheduling appointments to avoid disappointment. If you require an appointment sooner than the ones available on our website, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will add you to our waiting list.
Selecting Your Practitioner
Please ensure that you select the correct practitioner before booking an appointment as the booking system automatically defaults to the practitioner with the next available appointment.
Telehealth Appointments
When scheduling a telehealth appointment, please specify whether you would prefer a phone or video appointment in the appointment notes section of the booking page.
Booking Limit
We kindly request that clients limit themselves to a maximum of 3 online bookings at any one time.
